How to download MT940 

MT940 files make bookkeeping much more efficient and effective. Below we outline how to download MT940 files with ING Bank N.V. and with ABN Amro Bank N.V.. (other Dutch banks have comparable procedures). For accounts denominated in other than EUR, please provide statements in pdf format.

ING Bank N.V.:

1.  Logon to ING Bank N.V.’s online banking module to see the following:

2. Click on “Downloaden” and then “Af- en bijschrijvingen” to see the following:

3. Select the period and MT940 format, click on “Download” and send us the file by e-mail.

ABN Amro Bank N.V.:

1. Logon to ABN Amro Bank N.V.’s online banking module, select the bank account and you will see the following:

2. Click on “Rekeningopties”and select “Mutaties downloaden” to see the following:

3. Left select the period and MT940 format, right select the bank account, click download and send us the MT940 file by e-mail.
